Enzyme-Quantum Dot Conjugate

Molecular Recognition / Diisopropyl Fluorophosphate

Organophosphorus acid anhydrolase was used as matrix for direct synthesis and functionalization of CdS quantum dots in aqueous solutions. This enzyme-quantum dot system was effective at fluorometrically detecting micromolar levels of diisopropyl fluorophosphates.
